Sandra is a partner in the Commercial & Litigation practice, where she co-heads the Insurance & Reinsurance practice.

Sandra is specialised in insurance law and pension law. She assists Belgian and international (re)insurance companies, professional organisations and insurance intermediaries with all issues related to insurance. She also advises companies on the different aspects of supplementary pensions, corporate governance, pension plans and management agreements. She has experience in litigation regarding insurance and pension matters.

Sandra maintains excellent contacts with insurers, actuaries and the insurance regulator.

Sandra graduated in 1994 with a law degree from the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL). She completed a number of supplementary courses in insurance and risk management, including at Assuralia and with the German reinsurer, Münchener Rück. Sandra was admitted to the Brussels bar in 1999.
