Your interest and extensive experience (3 to 5 years) in Corporate M&A have made this field almost second nature to you.
You distinguish yourself with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
You are capable of working independently and taking responsibility for your own cases.
You also thrive in mentoring and motivating junior lawyers.
You take the initiative to continuously develop and challenge yourself, particularly in the areas of M&A, PE, VC, and corporate law.
You have an excellent command of Dutch. A strong proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of French is an asset.
