Expertise and experience
Anne-Victoire’s practice focuses on real estate law. She advises clients on real estate matters (purchase agreements, options, long lease, superficies, easement, apartment co-ownerships), lease agreements (mostly commercial lease and office lease) and construction law (expertise, liability, provisional and final acceptance, subcontracting).
Background
In 2011, Anne-Victoire graduated in law at the University of Gent. She then obtained a degree in International Law at the Université Catholique de Louvain in 2012 and added an Master in General Management at Vlerick Business School in 2013. Anne-Victoire is a member of the Brussels bar.
Publications and speaking engagements
Anne-Victoire is also a scientific researcher for Kluwer, specializing in Residential Care, including social loans, renovation grants, protection of the title of real estate expert, municipal policy regarding vacancy, etc. She regularly speaks at seminars and writes for various publications.
