On 1 May 2019, the Belgian companies and associations code entered into force. As from 1 January 2020, the new rules will also apply to companies that already existed on 1 May.

What are the lessons learned so far? What are the practical consequences for your company and what can or should be arranged before 1 January 2020? What impact does the new code have on planned acquisitions, joint-ventures and their financing? And what are the tax implications?

You are cordially invited to our lunch seminar, during which we will discuss, amongst others, the above subjects. The seminar complements our 27 June lunch seminar, but can also be attended separately.

This lunch seminar will be held in French and in Dutch.

Participation is free of charge. You can register online until 10 September 2019.

We hope to welcome you at our lunch seminar!
