Lunch seminar: Belgian Companies and Associations Code in practice

Thursday 7th November, 2019
12.00 pm
De Jachthoorn
Doornstraat 11
2550 Kontich

On 1 May 2019, the Belgian companies and associations code entered into force. As from 1 January 2020, the new rules will also apply to companies that already existed on 1 May.

What are the lessons learned so far? What are the practical consequences for your company and what can or should be arranged before 1 January 2020? What impact does the new code have on planned acquisitions, joint-ventures and their financing? And what are the tax implications?

You are cordially invited to our lunch seminar, during which we will discuss, amongst others, the above subjects.

This lunch seminar will be held in Dutch.

Participation is free of charge. You can register online until  2 November 2019.

We hope to welcome you at our lunch seminar!
