    • Your interest and extensive experience (5 to 7 years) within Banking & Finance transactional work have meant that this field holds few secrets for you.
    • You are able to work independently and take responsibility for your own files.
    • Mentoring and motivating junior lawyers gives you energy.
    • You have a true entrepreneurial spirit and an inexhaustible passion for the business.
    • You have an excellent knowledge of English.

    • After successfully completing your Master’s degree in Law, you have developed a deep-rooted passion for corporate law, with a particular interest in the dynamic world of M&A.
    • With 1 to 3 years of experience in a Corporate M&A department at a recognized law firm, you have gained valuable experience and extensive insight into various aspects of corporate law.
    • Your entrepreneurial mindset and passion for corporate law drive you to further develop your expertise and continuously advance your professional growth.
    • You highly value collaboration and actively contribute to an efficient and positive team dynamic.
    • You have an excellent command of Dutch. Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of French is a valuable asset.
