Lydian advised Snowcentres on the Belgian aspects of its merger with SnowWorld

We are proud to share that Lydian advised the shareholders of Snowcentres on all Belgian legal aspects of its merger with SnowWorld, the indoor ski park operator backed by investment firm Alychlo.

SnowWorld, the leading operator of indoor ski resorts in Europe, and Snowcentres, the UK’s leading indoor snowsports operator, have joined forces to build Europe’s unrivalled centre for year-round indoor skiing, snowboarding and winter sports.

The new group will operate 12 sites across five countries (Netherlands, UK, Germany, Belgium and France), employ over 1,000 full-time team members, and host the largest ski school in the world.⛷️
