Lydian appoints new Board of Directors effective 1 January 2026
Lydian is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Board of Directors, effective 1 January 2026.
The firm warmly thanks Jan Hofkens, Managing Partner over the past four years, for his leadership and dedication in further strengthening Lydian’s position as one of Belgium’s leading independent business law firms.
The new Board, appointed for a three-year term (2026–2028), will consist of:
🔹 Sandra Lodewijckx, Managing Partner, Partner in the Insurance & Reinsurance practice
🔹 Jo Willems, Partner in the Commercial & Litigation practice
🔹 Alexander Vandenbergen, Partner in the Employment, Pensions & Benefits practice
Commenting on her appointment, Sandra Lodewijckx said:
