We are pleased to have assisted Federale Verzekering with its acquisition of IBIS Insurance, a Brussels-based mandated underwriter offering a range of specialised insurance solutions.
Already collaborating in the area of construction risks, the two players will now join forces. IBIS Insurance notably brings additional and complementary expertise across a diverse range of insurance products, including machinery breakdown, agricultural hail damage, fine art and comprehensive cover for trucks and buses.
The acquisition complements Federale Verzekering’s existing offering, further diversifying its product portfolio.
