Expertise and experience
Benjamin regularly assists both domestic and international clients throughout all stages of a transaction, from due diligence and deal structuring to drafting and negotiating transaction documents. He also advises on governance issues, shareholder agreements, and post-closing matters.
In addition to transactional work, Benjamin has experience in handling contentious corporate matters and guiding clients through strategic negotiations.
Background
Benjamin obtained his Master of Laws from the KU Leuven in 2019, complemented by a Master degree in Corporate Law in 2019.
