Estelle assists clients in all aspects of individual and collective employment law with a special focus on collective dismissals, closures, and restructurings.
She works in close collaboration with Alexander Vandenbergen, Partner of the Employment, Pensions and Benefits practice, on complex cases relating to legal pensions in the public sector.
As a native German-speaker, Estelle also regularly assists German clients for all questions relating to Belgian employment law and cross-border issues.
Background
Estelle received her Master of Laws degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Brussels, Belgium) in 2014 and studied for a semester in Germany in 2013 at the Universität Bremen (Bremen, Germany).
In 2014, she joined Lydian as a Junior Associate and was promoted to Counsel in 2024.
Publications and speaking engagements
She recently collaborated on the writing of the book "10 Jaar Wet Eenheidsstatuut" (die Keure, 2024) and is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars on all aspects of Belgian employment law.
