Katrien is an experienced employment lawyer and advises both employee and employer clients on a wide range of individual and collective employment matters, with a particular interest in working time.
She regularly advises national and international companies on disciplinary and performance matters, TUPE-related questions, exit scenarios and the negotiation that goes with it, redundancies, and restructurings, as well as assisting them with drafting employment agreement, work rules, policies, and settlement agreements.
Katrien regularly represents employees in relation to redundancy and negotiates exits, particularly for senior level positions.
Background
Katrien joined Lydian in 2016 as Associate, after obtaining her masters’ degree at the University of Ghent and a second master in HR management at the Antwerp Management School.
