Louis Rastelli obtained his master's degree in law at the Catholic University of Leuven, during which he studied a semester in Paris. He subsequently continued his academic journey at King's College London, where he obtained the LL.M in International Financial Law in 2021.
Since September 2021, Louis has been practising as a lawyer at the Antwerp Bar and since January 2026, he has been part of the Commercial & Litigation department at Lydian. He focuses on all aspects of dispute resolution and has a particular interest in corporate disputes (such as shareholder disputes, directors' liability and post-acquisition disputes), as well as insolvency and restructurings.
During the first years of his professional career, Louis gained experience primarily in the advisory and transactional aspects of corporate law. He has since increasingly focused on dispute resolution and contentious matters.
