Nicolas also has significant experience in financial services regulation. He has advised (international) financial institutions and major corporates on all aspects of regulatory finance, such as UCITSD, AIFMD, MiFID II, CRD V and CRR II, AML, payment services, FinTech, sustainable finance, capital markets and credit law.
Nicolas is a member of the Brussels bar.
