Raymond Ntwali is a Senior Associate in our Commercial & Litigation practice.
He specializes in civil and commercial litigation, including arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
Alongside litigation, Raymond regularly advises clients on a wide range of commercial and contract law matters, as well as on restructuring and insolvency related matters.
Prior to joining Lydian, Raymond worked for several years in the dispute resolution departments of leading Belgian and international law firms.
He has extensive experience in areas such as: disputes related to contract performance, including sales and service contracts; commercial and corporate disputes (post-acquisition claims, shareholders’ disputes, class actions, etc.); professional liability cases; asset recovery and enforcement measures; advising creditors, companies in financial distress and other stakeholders in restructuring and insolvency proceedings
