Expertise and experience
Sean advises clients in every field of real estate law. He has a particular experience in construction, urban planning and environmental law, with a special focus on Wallonia and Brussels. He has a special interest in handling litigation within the real estate sector. Over the course of his career, Sean has represented numerous clients before the jurisdictions of the judicial order and before the Council of State.
Background
Sean holds a Master of Laws from the University of Liege. He also followed an Advanced Master in Environmental Law and Public Real Estate Law at Saint-Louis University, Brussels, and an Executive Master in Future-Proof Real Estate at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
Sean was admitted to the Liege bar in 2015 and is currently member of the French speaking section of the Brussels bar.
Publications and speaking engagements
Sean taught at the Institute for Work-study Training and Self-employed and SMEs (IFAPME) of Liege for the training of real estate experts.
Sean has published articles in real estate law journals and contributed to books on the subject.
