Laura has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate and construction law. She advises Belgian and international clients on real estate transactions, development projects across various sectors, and complex lease agreements. She regularly drafts and negotiates a wide range of contracts, including transaction documents, construction agreements, real rights, and leases.
In addition to her real estate work, Laura has developed strong expertise in environmental and energy law, particularly where these intersect with real estate—such as in project development or regulatory matters tied to transactions.
Background
Laura obtained her Law degree from the Catholic University of Leuven (Leuven, Belgium) in 2018. She joined Lydian in 2018 as in Associate and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2025. She has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2018.
