Lydian assisted TINC in its partnership with Azulatis
Lydian had the pleasure of assisting TINC, an infrastructure investor listed on Euronext Brussels, in acquiring a stake in Azulatis, a specialized company in industrial water management.
Azulatis was incorporated by De Watergroep and its activities will be strengthened by a contribution by Farys of its industrial activities in Azulatis, prior to the investment by TINC which will result in a leading partnership between De Watergroep, Farys and TINC.
