Expertise and experience
Louise has considerable experience in various kinds of corporate M&A transactions, such as venture capital, private equity and industry and strategic transactions as well as the establishment of joint ventures. Louise furthermore advises on general corporate law.
Background
Louise obtained her Law degree at the University of Ghent (Ghent, Belgium) in 2016 and received her LL.M in International Business Law from University of Ghent as well (Ghent, Belgium) in 2017. Louise started her career as a lawyer in 2017 and joined Lydian as Associate in 2021 after which she was promoted to Senior Associate as from 2024. She was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2017.
Publications and speaking engagements
Louise regularly speaks at internal and external seminars on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Besides that, Louise is an active member of different corporate/M&A communities.
