Your new position

As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the recruitment process, with a particular focus on hiring lawyers and legal professionals.

Your Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree
Initial experience of approximately 2 to 3 years in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
Experience within a law firm or the legal sector is a strong asset
Good command of Dutch and English
Proactive and professional attitude
Strong communication skills and a healthy level of assertiveness
Accurate, organized, and detail-oriented work style

Our Offer

Your responsibilities will include:

Publishing and managing job vacancies
Screening CVs and conducting initial selection interviews
Coordinating the full recruitment process through to the contract offer stage
Organizing and representing the firm at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and summer events
Building and maintaining relationships with universities and emerging talent
Preparing recruitment reports and HR analyses
Providing backup support for payroll and contract administration
