Coalition Agreement : update FLA
Federal Learning Account is postponed until 1 September 2025: the Act on Temporary Deferral of Registration in the Federal Learning Account was published in the BS yesterday (23 April 2025) and has effect since 1 April 2025.
End goal is to abolish existing system and replace it with a less administratively burdensome system.
Note: this does not impact the existing training plan and training rights: these remain in place.
