Last week, Sandra Lodewijckx had the pleasure of giving a guest lecture to students of the University of Antwerp on “Liability for Cyber Risks.”
During the session, Sandra explored the legal and insurance aspects of cyber risks, including:
- The Belgian market for cyber risks and cyber insurance
- Coverage and exclusions in cyber policies
- The insurability of administrative fines under Belgian law
- The growing need for specific cyber insurance solutions
