Lydian assisted Andera Partners with the acquisition of a stake in Sabena Aerospace Holding
We are pleased to have advised Andera Partners on its investment in Sabena Aerospace Holding.
Sabena Aerospace Holding is the controlling shareholder of Sabena Engineering, one of the leading independent providers of maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for civil and military aircraft. Together with the group’s CEO Stéphane Burton, the management team and SFPIM, this investment is expected to accelerate the company’s international expansion and digital transformation.
Lydian acted as Belgian legal counsel to Andera Partners on the transaction, alongside lead counsel Hogan Lovells Cadwalader.
