Expertise and experience
Delphine focuses her practice on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, advising a broad range of clients on complex national and cross-border transactions.
Her experience spans a wide array of corporate matters, such as mergers and acquisitions (including warranty & indemnity insurance), private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. She regularly acts for a diverse group of stakeholders, such as industrial and strategic investors, private equity firms, corporate finance boutiques, venture capital funds, and listed companies, providing pragmatic, tailored legal advice throughout all stages of the transaction lifecycle.
Delphine advises on a broad range of private equity transactions and has in addition developed particular experience and interest in venture capital, assisting funds, investors, and founders across various stages of growth.
Delphine has also advised both public and private clients on public-private partnerships and DBFM projects, with respect to the corporate law and governance-related aspects of such structures.
Background
Delphine obtained a Master of Laws at the University of Ghent in 2015 and obtained a Master in General Management at the Vlerick Business School (Ghent) in 2016. In the same year, she joined Lydian as an Associate, where she was promoted to Senior Associate in 2023 and to Counsel in 2026.
Delphine is a member of the Brussels Bar since 2016.

Delphine regularly speaks at internal and external seminars on corporate law and mergers & acquisitions. She has also (co-)published several e-zines and newsletters on various corporate subjects.
