Nominee for “Best Mid Cap Corporate Deal“ award 2026
We are delighted to share that a deal on which Lydian advised has been nominated for “Best Mid Cap Corporate Deal” at the upcoming 2026 M&A Awards by M&A Community Belgium!
Together with lead counsel Hogan Lovells Cadwalader, we proudly assisted SNF Group, a global leader in water-soluble polymers, on the Belgian legal aspects of its acquisition of the oil & gas division of Syensqo (Euronext Brussels, BEL 20), the well-known leading science and chemical company and spin-off of Solvay.
Congratulations to our lawyers Peter De Ryck (Partner) and Delphine Penninck (Counsel), as well as all other colleagues and advisors involved, who assisted SNF Group and Syensqo on this strategic transaction.
