Lydian assisted Quickbase Inc. in its acquisition of Solvice NV
We are pleased to announce that Lydian has assisted Quickbase, a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company, in its acquisition of Solvice NV, a Ghent-based AI scale-up specialising in constraint-based route optimisation and automated workforce scheduling.
Solvice's OnRoute and OnShift APIs bring powerful decision intelligence to Quickbase's platform, enabling organisations to move beyond managing work toward intelligently planning and executing it, reducing time on the road by up to 35% and cutting scheduling complexity significantly.
Lydian acted as Belgian counsel alongside Greenberg Traurig. The Lydian team was composed of Peter De Ryck (Partner), Delphine Penninck (Counsel), Maxine Daems (Associate) and Christophe Teugels (Associate).
