We are pleased to have assisted the families De Ridder and de Man on the transfer of their shares in the Contimac - GMT group to Sébastien De Bock and Amaury De Bock, as well as on the transition of their shares in the group into the hands of the next generation - Ward Rooseleer and Viktor Rooseleer.
Ward and Viktor, sons of Kristien De Ridder and actively involved in the group for many years, will together with Sébastien and Amaury form the new partnership that will carry the group into a new exciting chapter.
