Lydian assists Novelis Inc. in 310M euro divestment of Aleris Aluminium Duffel to Alvance
Lydian is proud to have assisted #Novelis Inc., the world leader in #aluminum rolling and recycling, in the finalization of the sale of former #Aleris plant in Duffel, Belgium to Alvance, the international aluminum business of the GFG Alliance. The divestment was a condition to Novelis’ acquisition of Aleris, which took place earlier this year. The Lydian team was represented by Peter De Ryck, Alexander Vandenbergen and Alexander Depauw.
