Companies often pay too little attention to the content and risks when entering into commercial agreements. In particular, importance must be given to the qualification of the agreement, the applicable (mandatory) law, as well as to liabilities, force majeure or hardship clauses, etc… The same goes for general terms and conditions for which specific rules apply in order to be opposable to your contract party.
