Mediation Week 2021
In honor of Mediation Week 2021 we are relaunching our Mediation fact sheet where we outline different types of mediations as well as characteristics of this alternative method of dispute resolution. Not only is mediation strongly encouraged by the Belgian legislator and the courts, the interest for alternative forms of dispute resolution from our clients keeps growing. We thus consider it important to provide you with the main characteristics of these methods.
