Rika Coppens (House of HR) is Trends Manager of the Year

Congratulations to Rika Coppens for her election as Trends Manager of the year! Rika was chosen by an independent jury and the readers of Trends. The jury praised her impressive track record, her creativity and her focus on sustainability and disadvantaged groups.
 
The CEO of House of HR has previously been ranked as the sole Belgian among the top 50 women in human resources worldwide by 'Staffing Industry International (SIA)', the Global Advisor on Staffing and Workforce Solutions.
 
At Lydian we are very happy and proud to work for House of HR for more than 10 years and to have accomplished so many challenging projects with Rika and her team.  
 
The Trends Manager of the Year is an annual initiative organised by the Trends magazine in collaboration with Kanaal Z. With the award, Trends elects an inspiring business leader who successfully promotes the values of entrepreneurship and sustainable management through growth.
