Our People

Lydian’s people-oriented approach consists of the necessary internal processes aimed at equal treatment, inclusion and diversity and the support of socially relevant initiatives.

We invest a lot of time and effort into talent development and the training of our people via Lydian Academy, offering them challenging work and a good working environment. Furthermore, we undertake socially relevant initiatives including participating in the Warmste Week with a Lydian Bake Off, or sponsoring and taking part in the Legal Run to raise funds for a local charity.

Lydian is an attractive place to work in terms of professional development, work-life balance and opportunities. We offer flexible working conditions and have invested substantially in technology to allow our people to work comfortably from home. Non-discrimination, equal treatment, inclusion, gender equality etc. are part of our recruitment policy and are essential values for us. Women represent more than half of the people working at Lydian. We are one of the founding members of the Legal Diversity & Inclusion Alliance (LDIA), supporting the collective commitment to diversity and inclusion in the legal sector.
