Thomas is a member of our insurance practice. He advises national and international insurance undertakings and intermediaries on matters related to insurance regulation, distribution and coverage. He represents insurers and their insureds before Belgian courts in coverage and liability disputes.
Thomas regularly speaks at external seminars on topics related to insurance law and liability.
He is professor of insurance law at Ghent University.
Thomas is a member of the Brussels bar.
