Lydian advised Integrity360 on its acquisition of Cresco Cybersecurity

We are proud to share that Lydian has advised our client Integrity360, a leading cybersecurity services provider headquartered in Dublin, with offices across the UK, Europe, and Africa on its acquisition of 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗼 𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, a leading Brussels-based advisory firm specialising in ethical hacking, offensive security and compliance (including penetration testing, red teaming and NIS2 advice).

This strategic move strengthens Integrity360’s presence in the Benelux region and gives Cresco’s clients access to a broader portfolio of end-to-end cybersecurity services.

The deal was led by Peter De Ryck (Corporate Partner) and Benjamin Louwaege (Corporate Senior Associate), supported by colleagues from our Corporate, Employment, Real Estate and IT/IP teams.
