Lydian advises SNF Group on Belgian aspects of Syensqo's oil & gas business acquisition

We are proud to share that Lydian advised the French SNF Group, a global leader in water-soluble polymers, on the Belgian legal aspects of its acquisition of the oil & gas division of Syensqo (Euronext Brussels, BEL 20), a leading science and chemical company and spin-off of Solvay.

This strategic transaction strengthens SNF Group’s global position in the specialty chemicals sector and marks another step in its international growth.

The Lydian team was composed of Peter De Ryck (Partner) and Delphine Penninck (Senior Associate) as well as several other colleagues.
