Building Blocks Project | What if your sustainable development project could become modular - ready to adapt to changing needs, demographics and societal trends?

Together with three other innovative partners - KOZO, Heliantus and West Architectuur - Lydian is honoured to contribute to a visionary new concept for dynamic building. The aim? To create modular, sustainable neighbourhoods that can evolve alongside the lives of their residents - allowing entire living environments to grow, adapt and transform in response to shifting needs, population changes and emerging social trends.

Last week, we held another in-depth brainstorming session on the feasibility of such a dynamic residential model, with a focus on modularity, affordability and mobility.

Lydian is proud to support this forward-thinking project as legal partner, helping shape a new and innovative approach to living and property. The legal team includes Dario Petosa (Partner, Real Estate), Emiel Debouck (Associate, Real Estate), Kyoto Van Herreweghe (Partner, Environment & Energy) and Evelien Alaerts (Associate, Environment & Energy), who bring their expertise in circular and sustainable building projects to this exciting collaboration.
