Expertise and experience
Dario focuses on commercial real estate projects and real estate transactions (asset and share deals). Over the years, Dario has built up considerable knowledge and expertise in all sorts of construction-related agreements (contractors, architects, engineers, promotors, …) and has developed a unique expertise in complex collaboration agreements, such as on early contractor involvement in high-end real estate projects. Dario has also handled several EPC and DB(F)(M) files. Dario regularly acts in these matters before the Belgian courts and tribunals and also has experience in arbitration.
Background
Dario studied at the Free University of Brussels (VUB) where he obtained his law degree in 2013 and an advanced Master degree in Notary Law in 2014. Dario was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2014.
Publications and speaking engagements
Dario is affiliated as an academic staff member to the Private and Economic Law Department, Section Private Law and Notary Law of the Free University of Brussels where he is enrolled in research and teaching assignments. Dario has written several scientific publications and is a regular speaker.
In addition, Dario is a member of the programme committee of the Real Estate Young Professionals Programme at KU Leuven, which is responsible for the content of this post-graduate training.
