Launch Voka Guide "Prevention and reintegration of (long-term) sick employees
📝 Last week, the new Voka Guide for employers on the prevention and reintegration of (long-term) sick employees was officially launched, in the presence of Federal Minister of Social Affairs and Public Health Frank Vandenbroucke.
We are proud that our lawyers Eveline Ankaert and Mira Giagnacovo contributed to this initiative. Together, they co-authored the chapter covering the new set of rules, rights, and obligations under RIT 3.0.
