Iris Hemelaer is part of our Real Estate practice and our Real Estate Developers & Investors industry department. She advises clients on real estate transactions, including asset and share deals, real estate developments across office, residential and retail projects, construction and EPC contracts including PPP, leases and real estate leasing, and rights in rem such as property, long lease, building rights and usufruct.
 
Beyond her client work, Iris regularly speaks at client and industry seminars and contributes to specialist publications. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Lantis and its Audit Committee, and chairs the Insurance Committee.
