The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) is a new regulatory framework designed to ensure the security and resilience of network and information systems for companies and organisations operating in the financial sector. Effective as of 17 January 2025, financial entities subject to DORA will need to comply with uniform requirements for preventing and mitigating cyber threats, as well as be able to withstand, respond to, and recover from all types of ICT-related disruptions and threats.
To help financial entities prepare for DORA, our Information & Communication Technology (ICT) team has developed a comprehensive checklist that covers all the requirements that need to be met under DORA.
We are also pleased to announce that we will be organising a webinar on DORA on 20 June 2023. The webinar will provide valuable insights and practical tips on how financial entities can prepare for and comply with the new regulatory framework. If you would like to attend the webinar, please click here.
For those who want to know more about DORA, we have attached a PDF with further information on the new regulatory framework.
If you have any questions or would like to request the checklist, please don't hesitate to email our marketing team at marketing@lydian.be.
