Lydian is proud to have assisted the Canadian listed group, 5N Plus Inc. with the sale of 5N Plus Belgium SA to Vital Materials Co. LTD. The 5N Plus-group is a leading global producer of specialty semiconductors and performance materials. 5N Plus Belgium SA operates a chemical plant in Tilly (Villers-la-Ville) active in the field of primary refining of bismuth metal to produce purified bismuth, bismuth oxide and bismuth nitrate, and lead sourced from PbBi Alloys to industrial chemicals, extractive and catalysts materials.
