Lydian Nominated for two M&A Awards 2022
Our Lydian M&A Team, led by Peter De Ryck, Maxime Colle and Florence Colpaert, is very proud to announce that two of our deals have been nominated for deal of the year in two of the six categories of the M&A Awards!
- Best Large Cap Private Equity Deal 2022: "Bain Capital acquires House of HR from Naxicap Partners" This mega deal scored well on many different levels: value creation, leadership, shareholder interest and deal complexity.
- Best Mid Cap Corporate Deal 2022: "Visma acquires Teamleader" This deal is lauded for its complexity in terms of number of vendors and smart acquisition strategy with a high founder retention rate, for years post acquisition.

On Thursday, November 24, 2022, the fifth edition of the Belgian M&A Awards will take place at the Maison de la Poste in Brussels. There, an expert jury consisting of captains of industry and M&A experts will announce the winners after thorough research and discussion.
