On a daily basis, legal counsels are dealing with the overall contractual risk assessment when analyzing (existing or projected) agreements and their content. This requires careful consideration and awareness of various issues in a broad range of legal fields.
After the success of our last seminar on trade secrets, Lydian and the Association of Corporate Counsel Europe (ACC Europe) have organized a new Lydian webinar focusing on the various issues encountered when drafting or reviewing an agreement. This webinar tackled issues from a corporate, commercial, real estate and IP/IT point of view. It provided useful tips and tricks and a comprehensive checklist in order to prepare you for the negotiation and drafting of a contract and to enable you to carefully assess the contractual risks involved.
