Lydian assists the French private Equity fund, LFPI in its acquisition of Wilink Insurance

Lydian is proud to have assisted the French private equity fund, LFPI (managing a portfolio of over 5 billion euro, and linked to Lazard) in the acquisition of a majority stake in Wilink Insurance, operating out of 15 offices in Belgium and having a network of more than 130 insurance brokers.

The remaining shares continue to be held by certain minority shareholders and management.
