Lydian assists the shareholders of TopCold with its sale to TEFCOLD
Lydian is proud to have assisted the shareholders of TOPCOLD, a Belgian company from Limburg active in the field of cooling solutions with its sale to TEFCOLD, a Danish group offering professional refrigeration equipment. TopCold was founded in 1993 and is specialised in company refrigeration in the broadest sense of the word.
The Lydian team was led by our Coporate M&A partner Maxime Colle, who was assisted by Louise Berrier.
