Yesterday (11 June 2020) the House of Representatives passed a bill suspending the notice period served by an employer during Corona temporary unemployment. After negative advice of the Council of State, the act will have no retroactive effect.

The Posting of Workers Directive determines which salary and working conditions apply in the case of posting of workers. Directive 2018/957 amended the Posting of Workers Directive on 29 July 2018. This directive had to be transposed into national law by 30 July 2020 at the latest.
