Op 9 september 2024 werd in het Belgisch Staatsblad het Koninklijk Besluit (KB) van 20 juni 2024 gepubliceerd. Dit besluit introduceert een reeks nieuwe onrechtmatige bedingen die (voornamelijk) toepassing zullen zijn op franchiseovereenkomsten voor de exploitatie van supermarkten.
