A new bill amending the law of 4 April 2014 on insurance was (re)introduced in the Chamber of Representatives this week, which basically resumes an identical proposal tabled back in May 2023 that was never passed and lapsed at the end of the previous legislature.

Verjaring van de strafvordering grondig hervormd

Op 18 april 2024 is de Wet Strafprocesrecht I van 9 april 2024 gepubliceerd in het Belgisch Staatsblad. Deze wet heeft onder meer de verjaring van de strafvordering grondig hervormd. De nieuwe regels zijn in werking getreden op 28 april 2024.
