Lydian advises on the acquisition of Basil Inc. by Banyan Software
We are proud to share that the Corporate M&A team at Lydian assisted Banyan Software, an acquirer and operator of software businesses with its acquisition of 100% of the shares of Basil Inc., a Belgian cloud-based software provider serving the notary sector.
Basil has built a strong reputation in the Belgian market with NotaPulse, its flagship software platform for optimising workflows and benchmarking performance that is being used by hundreds of notary offices.
This marks the first acquisition by Banyan in Belgium, a part of Banyan’s buy-and-build strategy, which strengthens its presence in Europe.
