Lydian assisted the Aurora consortium in the contract and financial close of the DBFM project Pyxiscollege Lanaken

🎓 Contractual and financial close achieved for Pyxiscollege in Lanaken!

We are proud to have acted as legal advisor to the Aurora consortium, EPICofund, Rebel, Democo Group and Van Roey NV, on this DBFM school building project, with a Lydian team composed of Lore Derdeyn (Head of Public & Administrative Law), Pieter-Jan Leemen (Head of Finance), Clément Defechereux (Corporate & Finance Associate), Anton De Weerdt (Public & Administrative Law Associate), Grigori Badalyan (Public & Administrative Law Associate) and Paulien Dezillie (Corporate & Finance Associate).

This milestone further strengthens our role as legal advisor to the consortium across several DBFM school infrastructure projects, supporting the development of high-quality, sustainable educational facilities.
